Privacy Policy

How we handle information when you play Polybots New Age, visit Polybots World or contact our team — and the choices you have.

1. Who we are

Kuma Games Ltda, trading as Kuma Labs (CNPJ 54.242.702/0001-00, Brazil), is responsible for the personal data described in this policy. This policy covers Polybots New Age, listed as Polybots NewAge on Google Play (package com.KumaLabs.PolybotsNewAge), its beta versions, and the Polybots World website at www.polybotsworld.com.

2. Information we process

  • Account and profile: player identifier, nickname, profile details, and information supplied through Google sign-in as described below.
  • Gameplay: progress, levels, scores, rewards, selected trainers and Polybots, settings, and interactions with game features.
  • Device and diagnostics: device model, operating system, app version, installation identifiers, IP address, approximate location derived from IP, usage events, performance information and crash reports.
  • Advertising: advertising identifiers where available and permitted, device information, ad views and interactions, and privacy choices used by the advertising service.
  • Purchases: product identifiers, transaction references, purchase status and receipts needed to deliver and validate purchases. Payments are processed by the app store; we do not receive your full payment-card details.
  • Support: your name, email, device information, message and any information you choose to send with a support or privacy request.

The data involved depends on your platform, permissions and the features you use. Please avoid sending passwords, payment-card details or unrelated sensitive information to support.

3. Google sign-in and Google data

When you choose Google sign-in, we receive the account information authorized in the Google permission screen, such as your Google account identifier, name, email address and profile picture. We use this information to authenticate you, associate you with your player account, maintain your profile and progress, and assist with account support. We do not receive your Google password.

Google account data is stored with the associated player account for as long as needed for these purposes, subject to the retention and deletion rules below. Access is limited to service providers and personnel who need it to operate, secure or support those features, or where legally required. We do not sell Google user data or use it for personalized advertising.

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements where applicable. Permissions are limited to the features you authorize; signing in does not authorize access to your Gmail messages, contacts or Drive files.

You can remove the connection through your Google Account connections. Revoking access stops future authorized access but does not by itself delete information already held by us. To delete your player account and associated data, follow the instructions below.

4. Purposes and legal grounds

We process information to operate accounts and gameplay, save progress, deliver purchases and rewards, answer requests, diagnose crashes, improve performance, display ads, prevent fraud and abuse, and meet legal obligations.

Where applicable, the legal grounds are performance of our agreement with you for requested game features and purchases; legitimate interests in security, support and service improvement, balanced against your rights; compliance with legal obligations; and consent for processing that requires it, including relevant advertising or analytics choices. You may withdraw consent without affecting processing lawfully carried out before withdrawal. We do not treat acceptance of the Terms of Use as blanket consent to optional data processing.

5. Sharing and service providers

We do not sell your personal information. We disclose information as needed to providers supporting the services below, to comply with lawful requests, or to protect users and the service from fraud or abuse.

  • Google sign-in and Firebase: account services, app infrastructure, usage analytics through Google Analytics for Firebase, and crash diagnostics through Crashlytics. See Google Privacy Policy and Firebase privacy information.
  • Google AdMob: ad delivery, measurement and fraud prevention. It may process device and advertising identifiers, IP address and ad interactions, depending on settings and consent. See how Google uses information from partner apps.
  • App stores: Google Play and, for applicable iOS services, Apple process distribution, payments or testing information under their own policies. See Apple Privacy Policy.
  • Website hosting and support: Vercel serves the website and processes technical request data; Resend delivers messages submitted through the support form. See Vercel Privacy Policy and Resend Privacy Policy.

External links, including WhatsApp communities, stores and manga platforms, lead to services with their own privacy practices. Information you post in a community may be visible to other participants.

6. Website storage and embedded videos

The manga reader stores your chapter and page position in your browser to offer “Continue reading.” You can remove this local progress by clearing the website data in your browser. This is separate from your game account and game progress.

Website infrastructure and authentication services may use cookies or similar storage for essential session and security functions. Opening an embedded YouTube trailer connects to Google services, which may process technical information and use their own storage under Google’s policy. Following an external link subjects your interaction to that service’s privacy settings.

7. Retention, security and transfers

We retain account and gameplay information while needed to provide your account and preserve progress. Support records, diagnostics and transaction records are kept only as needed for their purpose, security, dispute resolution or legal obligations. Retention varies by the type of record and the provider involved; data is deleted or anonymized when no longer needed.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to restrict unauthorized access, loss or misuse. No system can guarantee absolute security. Providers may process data outside Brazil, including in countries where they operate infrastructure. Applicable legal safeguards must be used for international transfers.

8. Your choices and rights

Subject to applicable law, including Brazil’s LGPD, you may request confirmation of processing, access, correction, information about sharing, portability, deletion or anonymization of eligible data, withdrawal of consent, and review of decisions based solely on automated processing that affect your interests. You may also object to unlawful processing and raise a concern with the relevant data protection authority, including Brazil’s ANPD.

Send requests to contact@kumalabs.co. We may request only the information necessary to verify that you are the account holder or an authorized representative. We respond within applicable legal deadlines and explain any lawful limitation on a request.

You can manage permissions and advertising preferences in your device or Google settings and use any consent controls presented in the game. Refusing optional permissions may limit the corresponding feature. Uninstalling the app does not automatically delete an online account.

9. Account and data deletion

You can request deletion without reinstalling the game:

  1. Email contact@kumalabs.co with the subject “Polybots New Age - Account deletion.”
  2. Include your player ID or nickname and the email linked to the account, if available. State whether you want the entire account deleted or are requesting deletion of specific data. Do not send your password.
  3. We verify the request and process deletion of the account, associated profile and gameplay data, except information that must be retained for legal, transaction, security or dispute purposes. We explain any exception in our response.

Deleting an account removes access to its associated progress and may prevent recovery of that progress. Limited retained records are used only for the purpose that justifies retention and removed when that purpose expires. Backup copies may remain until their normal rotation. Deleting a Polybots account does not delete your Google or Apple account or records independently held by those services.

10. Children and teenagers

In line with the Kuma Labs policy, our services are not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. A store content rating describes game content and does not replace this account and privacy rule. Players who are minors must have the involvement of a parent or legal guardian as required by local law.

If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate steps, including deletion where required.

11. Updates and contact

We may revise this policy as the game or our practices change. The date above identifies the current version. We will provide notice of material changes through an appropriate channel, such as the game or website, and request consent before new processing when required by law. Continued use does not replace consent where consent is required.
