Common questions
Polybots New Age is currently in Closed Beta on iOS and Android. On iOS, join through TestFlight: Join the TestFlight Beta. On Android, download it on Google Play. Spots are limited, so if a link is full, keep an eye on our social channels for new waves.
First, make sure you are on the latest TestFlight build and that your device has enough free storage. Try closing the app fully and reopening it, or restarting your device. If it keeps happening, send us a bug report using the form below and tell us exactly what you were doing right before the crash.
Use the Send feedback form at the bottom of this page and pick the Bug / Crash category. A great bug report includes: a clear description of what happened, the steps to reproduce it, your device and OS, and a screenshot or screen recording if you have one.
We love hearing from players! Send it through the feedback form using the Suggestion / Idea or Gameplay / Balance category. Be as specific as you can — concrete examples help us understand and act on your feedback much faster.
The Closed Beta is a testing phase, so progress, Polybots and rewards may be reset between builds as we tune the game. Anything you earn is not guaranteed to carry over to the final release, but early testers will be rewarded with an exclusive Polybot.
